Alimentação Saudável e Sustentável de Trás-os-Montes
“Alimentação Saudável e Sustentável de Trás-os-Montes” is a project designed to encourage the adoption of healthy, affordable, and environmentally sustainable diets. It highlights the connection between good nutrition and the consumption of local and regional products from the Terras de Trás-os-Montes sub-region.

The communication aproach focuses on raising awareness about the benefits of local food production and the Mediterranean diet, aiming to educate the community on healthier and more sustainable eating habits. While the project addresses the broader community, it places particular emphasis on engaging young people—especially students in the third cycle of elementary education. At this stage, children begin to exercise greater autonomy in their food choices and can play a key role in spreading new habits within their families and the wider community.
