Chest Strap and Mobile app for monitorization of personal physical activity.
Vital Watcher chest strap is a device conceived for monitoring the physical activity in conjugation with the Vital Watcher app, in such a way that makes it possible to do it for personal monitoring as well as for monitoring of others, with special regards on senior citizens.
This chest strap was created for monitoring several human body functions and behaviours, and consists of two components:
An adjustable elastic textile band and a velcro closing;
A sensor for monitoring, that has a hardware / battery with an integrated interface connection for communication and recharging, embedded in a thermo-plastic material which is itself covered with a thermo-formed case made of a translucent silicone, an inert material, ensuring a non-aggressive relationship with the human body.
The packaging can serve the dual purpose of commercial casing and careering storage for everyday use, and is made of a thermo-formed recycled plastic composite.

A banda peitoral Vital Watcher é um dispositivo concebido para monitorização da atividade física.
Em conjunto com a aplicação móvel Vital Watcher, possibilita tanto a monitorização pessoal como a monitorização de terceiros, com especial incidência sobre cidadãos seniores.
A solução adotada, de faixa peitoral para monitorização de diversas funções e comportamentos corporais humanos apresenta-se num artefacto composto por dois componentes:
Banda têxtil elástica com ajuste e encerramento por tela de velcro;
